Equality Labs has gathered a coalition of US-based organizations that share a common anti-India posture. It has used sensationalism and a well-coordinated campaign to become positioned as the authority on caste for American organizations. It demands employers to conduct caste censuses of Indian employees as a step towards dismantling casteism in their employees. Such censuses and training workshops for management have become a major source of income for Equality Labs.

Equality Labs, it seems, assumes every Indian and Hindu is guilty of casteism unless proven otherwise. There is no other national origin or religion that has been singled out and treated likewise in the US.
